Attorney Wilkinson is an honors graduate from Emory University (1972) and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (1975) from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He started out in the U. S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps and was on active duty from 1976 to 1979. He's practiced law ever since.

Mr. Wilkinson also holds a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation and Business from Georgetown University and an L.L.M. in Military Law from the United States Army Judge Advocate Generals School. He was voted best Attorney by the Oak Ridger.
